Terms and Conditions for Bar10 | Absolute LSAT

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the online tutoring services provided by Bar10 (“Bar10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Individuals under 18 may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account through our online portal. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

3. Payment

All tutoring fees must be paid through the payment options provided in the online portal. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. Bar10 reserves the right to update pricing and fees at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and not to previously purchased hours or packages.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be billed for the time reserved.

• If you miss a session, your tutor will wait up to 15 minutes for you to join, and you will be billed only for the 15 minutes.

5. Tutoring Sessions

All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing or similar digital tools. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring you have the necessary hardware and software to participate.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a respectful, professional manner. You may not use the Service for unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate purposes. Bar10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if this code of conduct is violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software associated with the Service are the property of Bar10 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bar10 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bar10’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Bar10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Bar10 is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Bar10 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Bar10 regarding the Service and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.

Signing up is simple! Once you decide which tutoring plan you’d like, you can pay directly on the website, or we’ll send you a secure payment link. After your payment is completed, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access your student portal.

From your portal, you can schedule sessions, view your tutoring calendar, upload homework, and communicate directly with your tutor. If you ever need help choosing a plan or have questions before signing up, just reach out — we’re happy to guide you through the process!

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Bar10-Absolute LSAT Online Tutoring Service

At Bar10, we are committed to providing exceptional online LSAT tutoring services and maintaining fair, transparent policies for all students. The following outlines our terms for cancellations, missed sessions, and refunds.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered missed sessions.

• If a student does not log in at the scheduled session time, the tutor will remain available for 15 minutes.

• If the student has not joined within those 15 minutes, the session will be marked as missed, and the student will be billed for 15 minutes of tutoring time.

Billing and Refund Policy

Bar10 tutoring services are billed hourly. Refunds are available only for unused prepaid tutoring hours and are subject to the following conditions:

• No refunds are issued for missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Refunds may be requested for unused prepaid hours within 7 days of the date of the affected session.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus a 5% processing fee.

• For prepaid packages, refunds will be prorated based on the number of hours used, calculated at the current hourly rate.

• Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process.

• In cases of technical difficulties that prevent participation, please contact us immediately at support@bar10.prep.com so we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
