You can schedule a tutoring session by either by booking a single session or purchasing a package. You can then schedule an available time on our calendar on our website for your tutoring session.

Terms and Conditions for Bar10: These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the online tutoring service (the "Service") provided by Bar10 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Registration: To use the Service, you must register an account on our online portal. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and to update your information as necessary. Payment: You will be billed for tutoring sessions booked via the online portal. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Service in a timely manner. We reserve the right to change our fees and charges at any time. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, you must do so no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be billed for the session. Tutoring Sessions: Tutoring sessions will be conducted online via video conferencing or other online communication tools. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a reliable internet connection and appropriate hardware and software to access the Service. Code of Conduct: You agree to use the Service in a manner that is respectful and professional. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate this code of conduct. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including without limitation any software, content, and materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service or its use. We disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state. Our tutors are highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in teaching and tutoring BAR and LSAT exam content. They hold advanced degrees and have achieved high scores on the exams themselves.

Refund Policy for Bar10 Online Tutoring Service: At Bar10, we are committed to providing high-quality online tutoring services to our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time of the session. If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice, the session will be considered a missed session and you will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our tutoring services or have experienced technical difficulties that prevent you from fully participating in a session, you may request a refund. Refunds are only offered for unused sessions and are subject to the following conditions: - You must notify us of your request for a refund within 7 days of the date of the session. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus a 5% processing fee. - If you have purchased a package of sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused sessions remaining in the package. - If you have used any portion of the package, the remaining sessions will be prorated at the individual session rate and the difference will be refunded. - If you have purchased an individual session, refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the session. - Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed. Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
